Today we launch Maxis i-Learn (which sounds like island, which is kind of cool). We have about 24 people onboard and registered for Maxis i-Learn. Reaction? Some minor problems logging on but looks like they had fun creating their avatar... first flying lesson... meeting each other around. This brings a new level of engaging learning using technology in the company- new fun.
Training and learning will not be the only initiative Maxis i-Learn can bring. Collaborating, meetings and virtual possibilities as well. I am excited to see this takes off but all the more how this progresses on.
