How hard is it to make an E-Textbook?

Thought this would be interesting if you would like to create an etextbooks. But this does not solve the problem of teaching the content. New millennium teachers can use new tech but have to change ways of how they teach the materials. Can be more fun. Maybe teachers should get together and brainstorm and come up with creative ways to teach the content using new tech. My thoughts anyway. Just sharing this in case teachers wanna get on board.
